What we handle on call-outs
Typical call-out work includes:
- Tripped consumer units and RCD faults
- Power loss to sockets, lighting or circuits
- Faulty sockets, switches and fittings
- Lighting faults and replacements
- Electrical safety checks and inspections
- Small installations (extra sockets, lighting circuits, appliances)
- Diagnosis of recurring or intermittent faults
- Advice on next steps for larger electrical work

How call-outs work

Ring 07971 978721 or message on WhatsApp. Tell us what's happening and where you are.
2. Quick triage
We assess urgency over the phone. We'll tell you what we can do within our working hours.
3. Attendance and fix
We attend, diagnose and either fix on the spot or give you a clear plan and quote for anything bigger.
Call-out hours
We take call-outs 6am to 6pm, seven days a week. You can contact us outside these hours, and we'll respond as soon as possible — but attendance is subject to availability and we don't promise out-of-hours visits.
